Once a project is confirmed, we produce a detailed cost plan within two weeks covering every element, from structural work and glazing through to flooring, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms, and landscaping. No vague estimates. No surprises. Just a clear, honest document that lets you make informed decisions from the outset.
From there, we manage everything. Architectural drawings and building regulations submissions, structural calculations, contractor coordination, materials procurement, and site management throughout the build.
